Homemade Facial Masks

HOMEMADE FACIAL MASKS

Homemade Facial masks are great way to get a spa or salon experience while saving time and money.  You also can rejuvenate the skin, remove blemishes and reduce wrinkles with recipes made from ingredients already in the kitchen.

Before applying any mask be sure to use a gentle scrup or cleansing to the face and dry.

The first is to choose appropriate products to our skin type (this also applies in the case of products purchased), after taking into account the state of these ingredients. They should be fresh.

If you are worried about allergies it is best to experiment a bit in a small area, to see the reaction, and only the next day apply to face (if there has been no problem). If you want to try another mask, wait one week to do so.
Homemade face masks and scrubs should be done at night, whether homemade or not. On the one hand, because some ingredients can stain skin when they come in contact with the sun, as is the case of lime, on the other hand, the skin is more receptive to everything we put into it, so if we go to the street collecting dust , smoke, etc., the skin will keep can be contaminated. So, the night is the best time.

Over the years I have kept recipes of masks, tonics and other tricks that will removing the internet, books and magazines. I'll leave you some that I have found, but if you look most are very easy. I chose the ones I find most easy and affordable for various situations.

Vapors

Vapors are great for open pores and prepare the skin for the mask. Depending on the case, can choose between several plants.
Chamomile or thyme - clear
Eucalyptus - disinfect
Fennel or lime - eliminates impurities
Peppermint and elderflower - preventing wrinkles

Boil the water and add to the plant. Place the liquid in a wide container, place the face receiving the steam with a towel over his head.
